IMPORTANT NOTES

• As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
• Price is valid for minimum 2 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
• We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
• Please be advised that LuLu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
• Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
• Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.

BOOKING POLICY

The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.

PAYMENT TERMS

• At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare + ₹20,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
• 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
• Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Via Cheque / Demand Draft
• Through Bank Transfer
• Using QR Code

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:

• Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
• Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
• Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
• Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
• Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
• No Show: No Refund
