Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, guests will complete immigration and customs formalities before meeting our representative for a private transfer to the hotel. Check-in is available from 14:00 hrs. In the afternoon, the city tour begins with a visit to the bustling Cho Lon Market and the historic Thien Hau Pagoda, located in the heart of Chinatown. Guests will then proceed to Bach Dang Harbor to board the Saigon River Waterbus for a scenic ride offering stunning views of modern city landmarks such as Vinhomes Central Park, Landmark 81 Tower, Bitexco Financial Tower, and the District 2 skyline. The tour concludes in the early evening with a transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast at the hotel, the day is dedicated to exploring the enchanting Mekong Delta. The journey begins with a drive to My Tho, followed by a visit to the 19th-century Vinh Trang Pagoda. Guests will embark on a boat cruise across the Mekong River, passing by Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. At Unicorn Island, they will enjoy tropical fruits, traditional folk music, and orchard visits. A sampan ride through the peaceful Thoi Son Canal offers an immersive glimpse of delta life. Additional highlights include visits to a local bee farm for honey tea and a coconut candy workshop. A traditional Vietnamese lunch is served at a riverside restaurant. Guests may choose to cycle through Tan Thach Village or relax in a hammock before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for the night.
Following an early breakfast and check-out, guests will be transferred to the airport for a domestic flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, they will be welcomed and transferred to their hotel (standard check-in from 14:00 hrs). In the afternoon, a guided city tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside if closed), the Presidential Palace (exterior), the historic House on Stilts, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. The tour concludes with a leisurely walking exploration of Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Overnight accommodation is provided in Hanoi.
Guests will depart from their hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter at approximately 08:30 hrs for a scenic drive to Tuan Chau Harbor, where they will board the Cozy Bay Premium Cruise for a full-day exploration of Halong Bay. The cruise includes a visit to the spectacular Surprising Cave, known for its impressive stalactites, and a stop at Titop Island, where guests can swim or hike to a viewpoint for panoramic vistas. Activities such as kayaking or bamboo boating at Luon Cave are also included. As the cruise winds down, guests will enjoy a relaxing sunset tea party on deck. The return journey to Hanoi concludes by evening, with hotel arrival expected between 21:00 and 21:30 hrs. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, guests embark on a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh, located approximately two hours from Hanoi. The tour begins with a visit to the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, where the temples of the Dinh and Le dynasties offer insights into Vietnam’s imperial past. A traditional Vietnamese lunch will be served at a local restaurant. The afternoon continues with a serene sampan boat ride through the stunning limestone karsts and rice paddies of Tam Coc. Guests will also climb to the viewpoint at Mua Cave (Ngoa Long Mountain), which provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The day concludes with a return drive to Hanoi for overnight stay.
Following breakfast and hotel check-out, guests will be transferred to Noi Bai International Airport for their international flight to Denpasar, Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, a local representative will assist with the transfer to the hotel in either Kuta or Legian. Guests will check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the resort facilities or exploring nearby areas. Overnight stay in Bali.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests will embark on a full-day tour exploring the cultural heart of Bali—Ubud. The first stop is Ubud Palace, an elegant royal residence showcasing traditional Balinese architecture. Adjacent to the palace is Ubud Market, where guests can shop for handcrafted goods, textiles, and souvenirs. The journey continues with a visit to the Sacred Monkey Forest, a lush jungle sanctuary home to hundreds of playful macaques. The tour concludes at Tirta Empul Temple, a revered Hindu site known for its holy spring water and traditional purification rituals. Guests will return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
- Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
- Price is valid for minimum 2 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that LuLu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

BOOKING POLICY
The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.

- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare + ₹20,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
