ARRIVAL IN KUALA LUMPUR & CITY HIGHLIGHTS
Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, guests are warmly welcomed at the airport and proceed for breakfast at Masala Darbar Restaurant. After breakfast, the sightseeing tour begins with a visit to Putrajaya, Malaysia’s administrative capital, known for its modern architecture and scenic bridges. Guests then visit the beautiful Thean Hou Temple, one of the oldest and most impressive Chinese temples in the city. Lunch is arranged at Nawabs Restaurant. Post lunch, guests are transferred to Ancassa Hotel for check-in and a short rest. In the evening, guests are picked up at 6:15 PM for a night city tour, starting with a visit to the iconic Saloma Bridge, followed by the breathtaking KLCC Night View and Water Fountain Show. Dinner is served at Mango Restaurant. Guests return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
GENTING HIGHLANDS EXCURSION
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, guests are picked up at 9:00 AM for a full-day excursion to Genting Highlands. The highlight of the day is a two-way cable car ride offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills, with time at Genting Highlands until approximately 3:30 PM. The tour also includes a stop at the Geneva Watch Outlet and a visit to the famous Batu Caves, where guests have about 1 hour and 30 minutes to explore the temple complex and climb the steps. Lunch is on a cash basis during the tour. In the evening, dinner is arranged at Flavours Restaurant, followed by a visit to the beautifully illuminated River of Life. Guests then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
KUALA LUMPUR CITY TOUR & SHOPPING
After breakfast at the hotel, the city tour begins at 10:00 AM. The sightseeing includes a photo stop at the King’s Palace (Istana Negara), a visit to the National Monument, and a walk through the lush Botanical Garden. Lunch is scheduled at 2:00 PM at Mango Restaurant. Post lunch, guests explore popular attractions such as Central Market, Aquaria KLCC, Bellice Chocolate Kingdom, and the KL Tower area. The day also includes shopping time at BTS. Dinner is arranged at Trigo Restaurant, after which guests return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DEPARTURE FROM KUALA LUMPUR
After breakfast at the hotel, guests check out by 12:00 PM. An optional short visit to enjoy the KLCC daytime view (approximately 30 minutes) is arranged, followed by lunch at Mango Restaurant at 1:30 PM. In the afternoon, guests visit the Police Museum and the National Mosque around 3:00 PM. After completing the sightseeing, guests are transferred to the airport at 4:00 PM for departure, concluding a memorable Kuala Lumpur tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
- Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
- Price is valid for minimum 2 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that LuLu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

BOOKING POLICY
The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.
PAYMENT TERMS
- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare + ₹20,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
