Arrival in Nairobi Upon arrival at Nairobi’s international airport, you will be met and transferred by the hotel shuttle to Hotel. For arrivals before 05:00 AM, please look for the Hotel representative at the airport for transfer assistance. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel through the lush highlands before descending the Great Rift Valley via a scenic route constructed during WWII. En route, you may spot a charming chapel built by Italian POWs and pass the Longonot satellite station. Continue past Narok and across wheat and barley fields, reaching the Masai Mara in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in the reserve, returning to camp by sunset.
Masai Mara National Reserve Optional: Hot Air Balloon Safari – A magical experience over the savannah at sunrise, followed by a bush breakfast. (Not included in the main package) After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive, returning mid-morning to the camp. After lunch and some rest, set out again for an afternoon game drive with a visit to a local Maasai Village, returning at sunset.
Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru – Lake Elementaita After breakfast, journey through Kenya’s “breadbasket” region of endless wheat and barley fields. Travel via Narok and descend into the Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Elementaita around midday. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for flamingos and endangered species like the Rothschild giraffe and both black and white rhinos.
Lake Elementaita – Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park Start with an early breakfast, then proceed to Lake Naivasha for a scenic boat ride. Continue via Nairobi for lunch (or picnic lunch, depending on road conditions), then head south towards Amboseli National Park, arriving at your lodge by late afternoon.
Amboseli National Park Spend the day on a full-day game drive, exploring Amboseli’s rich wildlife and landscapes with a picnic lunch included. Return to the lodge by 16:00 for relaxation and dinner.
Amboseli – Tanzania Border – Tarangire National Park After breakfast, enjoy final views of Mount Kilimanjaro before heading to Namanga border. Here you’ll meet your Tanzanian driver-guide and continue to Arusha for lunch (drinks not included). After meeting any new travelers joining the group, proceed to Tarangire National Park, arriving at your lodge in the late afternoon for check-in and dinner.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
- Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
- Price is valid for minimum 2 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that LuLu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
- Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.

The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.

- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare + ₹20,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
